  • Education

    Mr. Kell grew up in the mid-west attending elementary school in Chicago and Cleveland and high school in St. Louis. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1978.

    Mr. Kell was an adjunct professor at Webster University lecturing on legal procedures and medical malpractice. He has also lectured in front of the legal profession.

    Since graduating law school, Mr. Kell has concentrated on personal injury law, litigating cases arising out of toxic exposure, including Asbestos, Mesothelioma, Benzene, Fen-Phen, Vioxx, Hormone replacement therapy, and other dangerous drugs. He has also litigated airplane crashes, product failures, automobile accidents, and train accidents.

    Mr. Kell proudly handles cases across the nation involving individuals and their families who have been hurt and injured by prescription drug use, asbestos exposure, benzene exposure, product failure, and auto, train and air accidents.
